MUYU Journal is a print publication founded by photographer Abdul Hamid Kanu in Freetown, Sierra Leone, dedicated to amplifying authentic Sierra Leonean narratives through art, photography, and cultural and political discourse.

The first issue, New Landlords, brings together essays, poetry, and photography by Sierra Leoneans at home and in the diaspora, exploring themes of home, belonging, return, and daily life.
